Scale Brass Mechanic

Folks call me Fuzzy, and I've been interested in model railroading since I was a toddler. Like many model railroaders, I started with a Lionel train set. I then moved on to modeling HO scale trains until other interests took over in my High School years. After a 40 year hiatus from the hobby, I became a member of the Friends of the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad and have continued to be a member and volunteer for the past 20 years. While volunteering with the Friends on 1:1 scale trains, my interest in model railroading was rekindled. About that time, I joined the Near Sighted Narrow Gaugers model railroad club. As I got back into the hobby, I found a niche in repairing old brass locomotives. Through this interest in repairing brass locomotives, I started this business as Scale Brass Mechanic.
